How would you describe this photograph to a person who couldn't see it? So you are in a town, a very quiet town. You are behind a sign, and a cloud is perfectly on top like it is 3 scoops of ice cream. There is a car park empty to the left of the sign with only a caravan in it. Above the caravan there is a tree and a house. Along the path there is grass next to it, but close to the end the grass cuts you off. A car is just ahed as well. Further down the road there is a car driving upend a load of trees behind it. How is the space represented in this photograph (foreground, midground, background)? The foreground is just the sign and the start of the path and the cloud above the sign plus a bit of grass and car park. The mid ground is the rest of the empty car park and the path, but there is also the caravan and the tree and house, plus the car about to turn. In the back ground it is the the car and the trees far away. Was it in or out of focus?how has the subject been framed or cropped? Any thing after the horizon line is out of focus by a bit so that you can still tell what it is. On the other hand anything before the horizon Line is in focus. The subject has been framed by being right at the front. Which part of the photograph struck you the most interesting? The most surprising, captivating, puzzling and mysterious thing is the path cause why is it blocked off so that no one can go down there it is very confusing. What question would you ask the artist about this work? Did you stumble upon this or was it planed? what do you think it would be like to live in this photograph? It would be very boring and dull cause there will be nothing to do and I will be lonely cause everything would be still stuck in time. what do you suppose the artist made this photograph? I suppose that the artist made this photo cause it looked different with that the cloud made it look like a ice cream. why do you think this is effective for this photograph? Cause it will strike people with different reactions to the fact that they used a cloud this way. |
